PCU Arkansas Holds Change of Command
Cmdr. Vincent Kahnke, commanding officer of the Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Arkansas (SSN 800), salutes sideboys during the boat’s change of command ceremony at the Mariners’ Museum and Park in Newport News, Virginia. During the ceremony, Kahnke was relieved by Cmdr. Michael Huber as the commanding officer of Arkansas.
